School Uniform

We encourage the wearing of school uniform to develop a sense of belonging and pride in our school and we ask parents to support us.

Most items are available to purchase from the school.

At the bottom of the page are two pictures showing the school uniform

The school colours are red and navy blue.

or a navy school sweatshirt with a red polo shirt

Grey trousers or grey skirt.

Red or navy jogging trousers may be worn for playtime.

Summer     Red or navy polo shirt.

Grey short trousers or skirt.

Red or blue gingham summer dress.

Socks        Socks should be grey or white

Tights should be grey, black, red or navy.

Shoes        Shoes should be sensible ‘school’ shoes and not trainers, boots or open-toed sandals.

PE Kit         All children need PE kit which should be kept in school at

all times in a PE bag.

Red T shirt with plain navy shorts

or navy T shirt with plain red shorts

All children need plimsolls (or trainers) to change into for

outdoor PE lessons.  We prefer black elasticated or velcro plimsolls for the  younger children.

Red or navy jogging trousers may be worn in cold weather.

Swimming    All children need a swimming costume or trunks and a

towel.  A hat is not necessary.

In the interests of safety, children are not allowed to wear any jewellery to school.  If watches are worn, they are not the responsibility of the school.  They should be clearly marked with your child’s name and must be removed for PE.  The LEA regulations state that earrings or ear studs must not be worn during PE, swimming or any physical activities.  Parents are asked to ensure that children comply with these requirements by encouraging them to leave jewellery at home.
